This is our opportunity to catch-up, review recommendations and any test results and create an amended personalised plan.

60-90 Minute Telehealth Consultation
Before an Initial session you will complete a thorough health pre-consultation questionnaire and send over relevant medical results. We will discuss your goals, health conditions, symptoms, and create a personalised plan including recommended testing, supplements, food and lifestyle advice.
